pknotsRG is a software tool for predicting and folding RNA secondary structures, including those with simple recursive pseudoknots. This program is limited to sequences of up to 800 bases, and utilizes energy parameters similar to those used by Rivas & Eddy in pknots. The folding temperature is fixed at 37°C.
